During the early stages of a transformational change programme there is often a need to undertake an appropriate health check. This initial gap analysis provides a clear understanding of where you are against the model your aligning to and a clear indication of where the gaps exist. These gaps then form the catalyst for continuous improvement.
Our Assessments are driven by your needs and can be completely tailored to your individual requirements. However’ the following are typical examples of the most common assessments the Red Badge consultants are requested to provide. Should you wish to discuss one of these, or something more specific to your own needs please contact us.
The Red Badge “ISO-View” – is a propriety tried and tested tool and methodology that enables clear understanding of your current maturity against the requirements laid out in Part 1 and Part 2 of ISO/IEC 20000 Standard.
The Red Badge ITIL “QuickView” – Is a method of getting a pragmatic but accurate view of the organisation based upon some informal or group discussions and workshops. It does not have the depth of accuracy or detail you might expect from as a fully blown ISO-View assessment but it can be a quick and cost effective way to achieve a benchmark. Typically the QuickView takes just five days from beginning to end.
The Red Badge “SkillsView” – Involves consideration of your key resources and assesses your capability against frameworks such as SFIA Plus, or other customer specified frameworks to enable a detailed training needs analysis or learning and development plan to be completed.
